At Phil’s Bike Shop we are all about bikes. We sell Used bikes, new parts,  accessories, and we offer a knowledgeable, efficient, and competent bicycle repair department.   We have over thirty five years of experience in the bicycle industry. We are a small shop but we have seen and serviced almost everything on wheels that is human powered.   NO motors at Phil’s;  there is a building consumer demand and shop focus on Electric Bikes but we are sticking to human power only, we do not buy, sell, or repair E-Bikes.   Our shop is Located in the Twin Lakes area of Federal Way, Washington.  We welcome fair weather newcomers, year round commuters, and “Ramrod” veterans alike. With attention to detail and years of problem solving skills we can give you answers and solution options to all your bicycle specific needs.
